Bright tests
The Bright Language tests, which are available exclusively online, allow companies to assess the linguistic competencies of their workforce in the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Italian, German, Portuguese, Dutch, Flemish, Swedish and Standard Mandarin.
The interface has been translated into 11 different languages allowing candidates to consult test results in their native language.
Each test lasts from 30 to 45 minutes and contains 2 sections:
- grammar and structures.
- oral comprehension.
The first section consists of 80 questions and the second 60 questions.
The candidate has immediate access to the report once the test is completed.
The results are based on a scale of 0 (complete beginner) to 5 (bilingual) and Bright Language can also match test results with linguistic requirements of various positions within the company.
